IC 34 has been optimised for maximum speech intelligibility and cost efficiency. Its wide 120° horizontal dispersion saves budget by covering large areas with fewer loudspeakers. At the same time, the narrow 60° vertical dispersion efficiently reduces unwanted reflections. As a result, no information is lost because the sound remains focused on the listeners. Our in‑house developed and manufactured 3.5″ driver delivers consistently surprising performance considering the loudspeaker’s very compact dimensions. Proprietary components such as the innovative, high‑performance cooling module and the premium diaphragm support the powerful sound and excellent intelligibility of the high‑output IC 34. The result is performance usually found only in significantly larger loudspeakers. In combination with an S112i PRO subwoofer, the system produces an impressively rounded sound image for music playback without disturbing the room’s look and feel. IC 34 uses two 4‑pin Phoenix connectors and an integrated two‑way switch that lets you select between two signal channels, keeping cabling as straightforward and cost‑effective as possible.SMB – simple, flexible mounting For straightforward, time‑saving installation and maximum aiming flexibility, the SMB – Smart Mounting Bracket – was developed as an intelligent wall mount. With this bracket, the loudspeakers can be installed almost anywhere and quickly aligned at the ideal angle to optimise directivity. Designed in Germany, the SMB is included with every IC‑Line loudspeaker and has been specially conceived for use with our column speakers. A column loudspeaker mounted with the SMB can be adjusted on both axes by up to ±90° in 10° steps. The SMB has a maximum load capacity of 10 kg and is supplied with a 20 cm steel safety cable in accordance with international standards.
